SHIPPING POLICIES

We want your shipment to reach you as quickly as possible with the minimum amount of fuss.
sharpline calgary inc. is a Canadian company so all pricing, taxes and shipping costs are listed in Canadian currency.

All orders will be processed within two business days, provided the items are in stock and that there are no problems with payment verifications. We will contact you via email to confirm your order with delivery information and costs. No orders will be shipped until payment is approved. Should there be a backorder, we will email you with details and proceed as requested.
You may cancel or change your order prior to shipping by calling (877)403-3418. Orders already shipped may not be cancelled. Please see our Returns page for policies.

Shipping Costs

For shipments within Calgary, Alberta, all orders over $150 are shipped FREE otherwise a $15 charge will be added to the order.
Shipping/freight costs are based on individual orders with a minimum of $15.
Prearranged orders may be picked up at our office.
Shipments outside Calgary, Alberta are sent ground via DHL Express or motor freight when weights and sizes are beyond DHL capacities. Please see Shipping Oversized Items.
Overnight and two-day delivery is available on DHL deliveries at an additional cost.
Orders can only be shipped to a physical address; alternative shipping methods can be arranged for orders being sent to a box number, general delivery or rural routes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When accepting any shipment, any missing cartons or visible damage must be noted on the receiving ticket before signing. All claims must be filed with the delivery carrier. Any claims for concealed damage must be filed within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Failure to properly file claims may mean refusal of the claim and subsequent loss to consignee. All claims for merchandise delayed, lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the consignee.
We will charge you for any return shipments, plus all taxes and levies against the shipment if you:
Refuse a shipment sent to you without approval authorization; or
Give us an incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete shipping address; or
Otherwise give or fail to give information that result in the shipment being undeliverable.

Shipping Oversized items

Overweight or oversized orders will be shipped motor freight with delivery in seven to fourteen business days dependent on destination.
The freight company is not responsible for unloading or carrying the item into the premises, removal of packaging or assembly. Please make the necessary arrangements for receiving your shipment to ensure it is not postponed. Should a delivery be turned away, delayed for any reason, or refused, you will be responsible for all additional expenses incurred.

An adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery.

Item Availability

Most items are stocked so that orders can be processed within two business days; in the case of backorders, you will be notified of the delay and proceed as directed.
All merchandise is carefully inspected before packing and packed in an approved manner before it leaves our facility

Cancellations

You may cancel or change your order prior to shipping by calling (877)403-3418. Orders already shipped may not be cancelled. Please see our Returns page for policies
Internal Cancellations
Occasionally, orders may be cancelled by our system for various reasons, some of which include:
  • Item unavailable or discontinued
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Unable to ship to the address provided
  • Duplication of a previous order

Tracking your purchase

sharpline calgary inc. uses DHL Express for shipping. You may track your order once it has been picked at www.dhl.ca
You will receive your tracking number by e-mail when it has been shipped from our warehouse. Please note that there may be a 48-hour delay from the time it leaves our warehouse until the time that it can be tracked on the DHL website.

Return Procedures

You need JavaScript enabled to view it for a Return Material Authorization. Procedures to return product will be supplied when the Return Material Authorization is emailed to you.
Return Terms & Conditions: Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date and will be evaluated on a product-by-product basis taking into account current stock levels and vendor/manufacturer return authorization. Authorization of restock returns is at the sole discretion of sharpline calgary inc. Authorized returns to be credited to account; no cash reimbursements.
Defective products will be exchanged for same product only after verification. No credit.
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on non-defective goods or client ordering errors after verification. Special orders cannot be returned. Goods must be in original packaging in resalable condition.
Non-defective goods must be returned prepaid and by doing so, terms and conditions of ' RMA' are accepted.
RMA valid for 30 days.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from sharpline calgary inc. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.
The item must be returned new in unopened original packaging, with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
